Qi is the life energy /force within all living organisms and surroundings, could also be described as the bioelectricity within the body. There is an underlying principle that the flow of qi inside out body must be balanced for good health. It can also help with depression, overcome illness and increase mental capacity and awareness.

Concept
To Provide users with a space for Qi Meditation
This will be achieved within 3 main spaces/functions, which are Misogi, Qigong and Aikido.
These spaces will be linked to 3 main stages in the qi building process which are: Cultivating qi (Bathhouse – Misogi)
Developing qi (Qigong)
Controlling qi (Aikido)
